Specifications
Malwina should be planted between middle of April until the middle of June. In order to maintain firmness of the fruit, Malwina should be picked every other day. Malwina is tolerant to Verticillium and less susceptible to Fruit rot. Malwina withstands intense rain and is little susceptible to sunburn. Extra attention should be paid to flower thrips and strawberry blossom weevil. Low nitrogen levels are required
due to vigorous growth. High levels reduce picking rates and flavour. Adjust nitrogen levels when plants are flowering (generative growth)! It is recommended to mulch Malwina before the beginning of August. Keep the row widths narrow towards autumn.
